FAQ for I Love SCM Loyalty Program

1. My SCM points are expiring on 31 March 2020 and I have yet to redeem. What should I do?

Don’t worry! All points expiry has been extended to 30 June 2020.

2. During the Movement Control Order period, I can’t collect points for my purchases as the concierge counter/ kiosks are closed. Now that the mall has reopen, can I submit my receipts for points collection?

Yes, the receipts for purchases made during Movement Control Order period (18^th March – 3^rd May) can be submitted for points collection by 31^st May 2020.

3. Am I still entitled for gift redemption for purchases made during the Movement Control Order period (18th March – 3rd May)?

Sorry, unfortunately there will be no gift redemption for purchases made during the Movement Control Order period.

4. Can I still redeem RM10 SCM Cash Voucher with only 1,300 points (instead of 1,600 points) after the Movement Control Period?

Yes, the promotion will be extended to 30 June 2020.

5. My birthday is in March/ April and I have yet to redeem my complimentary birthday voucher. Can I still redeem after the mall reopens fully?

Yes. The deadline for March/ April birthday members to redeem the vouchers will be 31^st May 2020.

6. My complimentary birthday voucher expired during the Movement Control Order period (18th March – 3rd May). Will Luna Luna still accept my birthday voucher after the mall reopens fully?

Members must visit LG Concierge Counter by 31^st May 2020 to get a new stamped date before utilising the voucher at Luna Luna.

7. My I Love SCM Cash Voucher expired during the Movement Control Order period (18th March – 3rd May). Can I get an extension on the voucher expiry?

Yes. Vouchers expired during MCO period will be extended until 31 May 2020. However, members must head to LG Concierge Counter to get the new stamped expiry date before utilising the voucher. Strictly no further extension allowed.
